I work in the building industry and have for 40 years so I just had to try this new product. After trying it now I found the Measure King to be pretty good especially for light measuring and measuring existing buildings to draw 'as-built' plans (I do a lot of).. The 3-1 replaces my tape measure, laser measuring device and rolling measuring stick. I won't miss them since the Measure King is compact. The cord feature is great for measuring round and curved surfaces and the rolling mode is the feature I like best since its better at measuring wall surfaces since its not bulky, awkward and a pain as a standard metal tape measure. As for the laser it's OK in getting over all room sizes but with all laser measuring devices remember shadows and sunlight will interfere with getting measurements. Overall I found the product great and it'll replace my other tools becoming the tool I use most..

I tested all 3 modes of measuring and it appears to be fairly accurate even by other more expensive tool standards If it lasts over time it should prove a worthy addition to my measuring modalities. The price I paid for it from amazon is about 10 dollars higher than it is currently selling for in my local: ' as seen on TV type of mortar and brick store though.

I bought this for my dad for his birthday. He works construction and he was really excited about getting this tape measure. I thought it would save some time on the job for him with all of the different things he has to measure. He took it to work earlier this week and said he really likes the different features and that he is able to measure around different types of surfaces, like round surfaces. I am really happy I got this for him and plan to order another few for my grandpa and boyfriend.

This is a great product! I love that there is 3 ways to measure in this one tool, it's a space saver and time saver. Now I don't need to find/carry multiple tools. The roll to measure feature is not something I ever thought I would use and let me tell you it is a great feature! I do a lot of craft projects and this is small enough to use for little projects and things that are awkward to measure. It also works for larger projects such as room measuring. Having a cord instead of the traditional tape style measure is good for going around corners and fitting in tight spaces where a tape would not fit. I will be buying more of these for birthdays and Christmas presents.

The Measure King is AWESOME! We've done a lot of remodeling in our house and the different tools are amazing. The rolling measure and string was very useful when at the furniture store looking for a couch and lamps. No need to break out the loud clunky tape measure.
